The Kaulitz Syndrome

From his mentor, his friend, and his predessesor, Agent Georg Listing inherited the most violent, smartest, and largest serial killer case ever recorded. He chased Bill Kaulitz accross the world, actively, ten years. Prior to that, Agent Boothe tracked the killer for six years straight and discovered cases suggesting that Kaulitz had been killing since he was a young boy. The case (internally reffered to as The Kaulitz Syndrome) had been cold for the last two years. No new killings or mutilations and no taunts of any kind. Until Detective Cora Eve was assigned to a homicide of two Korean immigrants. Now Georg must enlist the help of his oldest friend and the most unlucky brother in the world to help track Kaulitz and catch him before all hell breaks loose.
